Policies

Shipping: 

Free shipping on orders over $ 100 in the Continental U.S. 

Orders under $ 100 will be charged the following: 

order total/shipping fee

$0.00 - $25.00/ $ 13.95

$25.01 - $50.00/ $ 14.95

$50.01 - $75.00/ $ 15.95

$75.01 - $100.00/ $ 16.95  

Orders received Monday - Thursday by 5:00 pm (EST) are shipped within 1 - 2 Business Days depending on in-stock merchandise.  Weekend orders are processed the next business day.

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via UPS Ground or US Mail and generally will arrive in 3 - 7 Business days, within the Continental USA.  Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer, and are charge standard shipping charges - no free shipping to these locations.  .  

Sales Tax: 

Sales tax only applies to customers purchasing within the state of Colorado.

Cancellations: 

Orders may be cancelled if they have not shipped (in-stock items often ship same day or next day).  All returns and cancellations are subject to a 3% processing fee.   If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us at 1-866-480-7555, and we will do our best to honor your request.   

Return Policy: 

Please notify us within 5 business days of receipt, for any damage or defective merchandise received. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which allows us to keep track of the return.  Returns* for other than defective or damaged items, will be at the discretion of Kellsson Home Linens and will incur a 15% re-stocking fee, plus it is your responsibility to pay the return shipping charges.  Please understand, that we can only accept items for return that are in their original resaleable condition and that have received an RMA.  Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you.  Please call us @ 866/480-7555 or contact us at info@kellssonhomelinens.com with any questions regarding our return policy.  Full refunds will be issued if we cannot fulfill an order, or replace damage/defective goods.   Any other refunds will be determined based on re-stocking fees and shipping charges.

*Note:  If a returned item qualified for free shipping, the shipping & handling cost from Kellsson Home Linens to the final destination will be deducted from the refund.

Delayed Shipping:

The following conditions may result in delayed shipping.

  • Incorrect Shipping Address
  • Payment delayed or not received
  • UPS failure to deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions)

Back Orders:

We try to do our best to display the most current and accurate product inventory information.  If product availability dates change, we will contact you via e-mail or phone to notify you of the change.
