Shipping: Kellsson Home Linens ships primarily by UPS. Orders received Monday - Thursday by 5:00 pm (EST) are shipped within 1 - 2 Business Days depending on in-stock merchandise. Weekend orders are processed the next business day. Once orders are shipped, the time in "transit" from our warehouse to you in normally 2 to 5 business days within the Continental U.S. Items that are out of stock will be backordered and shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse. Free shipping promotions are only valid for orders shipped UPS ground within the Continental U.S.A. Does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada: Kellsson Home Linens does ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. The above shipping rates and free shipping promotions do not apply to orders shipping to these locations.
International Shipping: Kellsson Home Linens does not ship to locations outside on the United States or Canada.
Damaged Items in Transit: Carefully examine package for any visual damage. It damage is noticed, do not accept or sign for the merchandise. Request a damage notification slip from shipper and notify Kellsson Home Linens immediately. It damage is concealed, notify Kellsson Home Linens within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.
Tracking Your Order: Upon shipment from our Denver warehouse, your tracking information will be emailed to you. You may track your shipment using the UPS website. Or you can track your order right on our website.
Delivery Refusal: You are the customer and therefore responsible for all shipping charges and restocking fees if the delivery of merchandise is refused. Both the shipping charges to and from the destination and the restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund when delivery is refused or order canceled after shipment is in "transit."
Orders may be cancelled if they have not shipped (in-stock items often ship same day or next day). All returns and cancellations are subject to a 3% processing fee. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us at 1-866-480-7555, and we will do our best to honor your request.
Please notify us within 5 business days of receipt, for any damage or defective merchandise received. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which allows us to keep track of the return. Returns* for other than defective or damaged items, will be at the discretion of Kellsson Home Linens and will incur a 15% re-stocking fee, plus it is your responsibility to pay the return shipping charges. Please understand, that we can only accept items for return that are in their original resaleable condition and that have received an RMA. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you. Full refunds will be issued if we cannot fulfill an order, or replace damage/defective goods. Any other refunds will be determined based on re-stocking fees and shipping charges.
*Note: If a returned item qualified for free shipping, the shipping & handling cost from Kellsson Home Linens to the final destination will be deducted from the refund.
Sales tax only applies to customers purchasing within the state of Colorado.
